I'm a proud father of two daughters and happily married to Cheryl. At CNG, I’m driven to build a safe, sustainable business that delivers excellence and creates lasting impact. I believe in opportunity, developing people, and shaping a culture of integrity, growth, and responsibility that endures for generations. 

With 24 years in construction, I’ve held senior roles focused on work winning, cost control, and delivery. I advocate early contractor involvement to drive efficiency and collaboration. My experience with tier one contractors supports building high performing teams and delivering projects with strong governance, quality, and long term value. 

I’ve loved football since Italia ’90 Gazza’s tears, Platt’s volley, Lineker’s and Sir Bobby's leadership sparked a lifelong passion for England and the beautiful game.  I share that love, along with music and Formula 1, with my family, going on holidays in the sun, flip flops on, cold beer in hand, nothing better, whilst also keeping an eye on work.
