A proud Yorkshire native from Bingley, Gareth brings 18 years’ experience as Senior Estimator. A dedicated family man with a passion for construction, he delivers accurate, commercially sound estimates. Having worked at Sutcliffe Construction and Morgan Sindall, Gareth now leads CNG’s pre-construction estimating with expertise and collaboration. 

With over 18 years’ construction experience, Gareth leads estimating at CNG. Previously at Sutcliffe Construction and Morgan Sindall, he developed expertise in cost planning and pre-construction strategy. Gareth produces accurate, competitive proposals, collaborating with clients and teams to ensure commercially sound outcomes and risk management.

Gareth is a passionate supporter of Bradford City Football Club and enjoys staying active through golf, playing off a handicap of 11. His love for sport reflects his competitive spirit and strategic mindset. He also has a keen interest in cooking, finding creativity and relaxation in the kitchen whether preparing meals for family or experimenting with new recipes.
